Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total, with the remainder due at the end of your visit. If you cancel or reschedule, a new deposit will be required. (Only for certain services)
CANCELLATIONS must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service, and no-shows will be banned from future bookings.
There is a 10-minute grace period. Arriving later will result in rescheduling and forfeiture of your deposit. Please respect the time reserved for your service, as I block out time specifically for you.
After-hours appointments (5pm - 9pm) will include an additional $15 fee.
